Job summary

TimeDoc Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for a fully remote contractor role. You will make outbound calls to eligible patients, educate them about CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs, and guide enrollment. This goal-driven position requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.

Training provided in the first week. Work hours are flexible within 30–40 hours per week, with standard calling hours in local time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients.
• Educate patients on CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs.
• Complete eligibility assessments and patient enrollments.
• Accurately document patient interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
