Job Responsibilities

1. Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
3. Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
4. Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages via Zoom
5. Complete insurance applications
6. Attend ongoing training sessions for professional development
7. Sell and upsell insurance products to clients
8. Assist with tasks required for client approval by underwriters
