Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Make and receive calls from clients
• Schedule appointments with clients requesting benefits
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
• Complete insurance applications
• Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to improve skills
• Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
• Assist with underwriting tasks to approve coverage
