Job Responsibilities

1. Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
2. Make and receive calls from clients
3. Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
4. Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
5. Complete applications for insurance products
6. Attend ongoing training sessions to improve your skills
7. Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
8. Assist with tasks required for client approval by underwriters
