Job Responsibilities

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Handle calls from clients and schedule appointments
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
• Complete applications for insurance products
• Attend ongoing training to improve skills
• Sell and upsell insurance to clients
• Assist with underwriting tasks for client approval
