Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) nationwide online and onsite programs seeks an Enrollment Counselor II to enroll students and support retention across degree programs and certifications.

As the primary IWU representative to prospective students, you will develop enrollment strategies, guide discovery and admissions, and help learners choose online or onsite options aligned with their goals and learning styles. Strong CRM knowledge and record accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Enrollment Counselor II with IWU; or three (3) years of commensurate experience in adult higher education enrollment.
• A strong Christian commitment per IWU policy and adherence to the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Responsibilities

• Enroll students and support retention across degree programs and certifications.
• Serve as the primary IWU representative to prospective students and guide them through discovery, admissions, and onboarding.
• Provide program expertise and information to students and influencers (e.g., employers, supervisors).
• Advise and coach students on educational goals, learning styles, and options (online or onsite).
• Maintain accurate student records in SEP systems for reporting and forecasting.
• Undertake special projects as assigned by the Director of Enrollment or SEP leadership.
