Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Online Enrollment Advisor for Ohio State Online | Online Enrollment. You will guide prospective students through the online program recruitment process, using a consultative approach to highlight the value of OSU’s online offerings and help them determine fit.

You will collaborate with marketing and reenrollment teams, monitor applications, and adjust recruitment materials in response to feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in sales, recruitment, communication or related field.
• Experience in recruiting or sales, customer service, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Broad knowledge and expertise in sales tactics and understanding of the recruitment funnel.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and sell prospective students on OSU online programs using a consultative advising approach.
• Lead prospects through the application process and assess eligibility and fit for online programs.
• Coordinate with marketing and reenrollment teams; share feedback with college partners and adapt recruitment materials.
• Capture all activity and notes in the CRM and report on key performance metrics.
