micro1 Inc. is seeking an English Voice Expert (US) to contribute to language data and AI advancement as a remote contractor. You will evaluate English audio for nativeness and fluency, and provide written feedback to help train AI models.

Applicants must be native English speakers based in the United States with strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior AI experience is not required, as domain knowledge matters most.

Formación

• Must be a native English speaker based in the United States.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to audio clips in English and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in English language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.
