Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt best, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Adaptability to work on flexible schedules and remote tasks.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English detailing observed issues.
