Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare images and videos to evaluate adherence to prompts, and explain findings in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your input helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You’ll contribute to a feedback loop that translates frontier research into better real-world AI.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted movements, text errors, or audio-video misalignments.
• Write a clear English explanation detailing what looked or sounded wrong.
