Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare images and videos to assess prompt adherence, and clearly explain what looked or sounded off—all remotely and on your schedule.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours. Rates vary by expertise, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. You’ll help shape AI systems by providing precise feedback and written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each voice interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and quality.
• Writing concise explanations in English detailing observed issues.
