Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, contributing to improvements in frontier AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
• Rate outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
