Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong to help improve AI systems.

The role is fully remote, with pay up to $15 per hour. Applicants from multiple regions can apply, with incentives and weekly payments via common methods. Training and access to top LLMs are provided.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
