Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We evaluate and provide feedback to help AI systems improve, turning frontier research into practical performance. Paid weekly and with access to leading LLMs, this role offers flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spots issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and useful they are.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted visuals or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise explanation of what you saw or heard in English.
