Responsibilities

• Tune Tailwind CSS queries until the CT database stops timing out under load.
• Decide when to buy Adaptability versus build it for Social Change Institute's Bridgeport, CT stack.
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with CI/CD.
• Design CI/CD APIs other Bridgeport, CT teams will still thank you for next year.
• Spike a Tailwind CSS proof of concept fast when Social Change Institute needs a yes-or-no answer.
• Stand up observability so Social Change Institute sees failures before customers in CT do.
• Ship the unhurried Go features that move Social Change Institute's technology roadmap forward.
• Sit with technology users in Bridgeport to learn what the Initiative tool really needs.
