Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company delivering NodeZero autonomous pentests across large, mixed environments. We seek a leader to head Partner Integrations, shaping the integration portfolio and delivery quality for customers worldwide.

You will build and scale a team of engineers, ensure API compatibility with multiple security platforms, and drive certification and validation workflows to maintain enterprise-grade integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams of 5-8 people building and shipping third-party integration products.
• Hands-on familiarity with the APIs and data models of enterprise security platforms — EDR (Crowdstrike, SentinelOne), SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), ticketing (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Track record of shipping integration products that meet enterprise reliability and data fidelity requirements.
• Experience managing external API dependencies: rate limits, versioning, deprecations, and the operational overhead of staying current across multiple upstream vendors.
• Proven ability to define and execute a roadmap with clear prioritization — balancing customer demand, partner opportunity, and engineering cost.

Responsabilités

• Lead Partner Integrations: Own the engineering execution and team health for the Partner Integrations sub-team.
• Own the Integration Product Portfolio: Manage the roadmap of named integration products.
• Ship Production-Grade Integrations: Each integration is a shipped product with reliability and backward-compatibility guarantees.
• API Contract with Integrations Platform: Define API contracts with the platform team.
• Breaking-Change Management: Monitor API changes and ship compatibility fixes.
• Certification & Validation Pipeline: Build the certification process for integration releases.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Coordinate with Customer Success, Security Research, and Partnerships.
• Team Building: Build a high-quality team that can learn new vendor platforms quickly.
