Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a dynamic leader to head Partner Integrations for NodeZero. You will guide a growing team of engineers, shaping the integration catalog with major platforms and ensuring seamless, production-grade connections.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams of 5–8 people building and shipping third-party integration products in a SaaS or security context.
• Hands-on familiarity with the APIs and data models of enterprise security platforms — EDR, SIEM, ticketing APIs.
• Track record of shipping integration products that meet enterprise reliability and data fidelity requirements.
• Experience managing external API dependencies: rate limits, versioning, deprecations, and the operational overhead of staying current across multiple upstream vendors.
• Proven ability to define and execute a roadmap with clear prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Integrations: Own the engineering execution and team health for the Partner Integrations sub-team.
• Own the Integration Product Portfolio: Manage the roadmap of named integration products — Crowdstrike Falcon, SentinelOne Singularity, Splunk Enterprise/Cloud, ServiceNow, and others.
• Ship Production-Grade Integrations: Ensure integrations are shipped and stay reliable with versioning and backward compatibility.
• API Contract with Integrations Platform: Define the API contract with the platform team.
• Breaking-Change Management: Monitor upstream API changes and deprecations; ship fixes before incidents.
• Certification & Validation Pipeline: Build and own the certification process for integrations.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Align roadmap with Customer Success, Security Research, and Partnerships.
• Team Building: Build a team capable of learning new vendor platforms and shipping robust integrations.
