Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering the Incidents product using high-scale backend services, data pipelines, and AI workflows.
• Manage day-to-day team work, sprint planning, and on-call responsibilities.
• Foster growth and mentorship, hiring, retaining, and expanding team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and iterate on operational metrics to ensure product reliability and performance.

Education
