Qualifications

• 1+ years as an engineering manager at a start-up in a remote team environment.
• Strong written English; fluency in written English is required.
• Comfortable working in asynchronous, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Code at least one-third of the time early on to build new product.
• Help to manage and scale the engineering team and establish best practices.
• Help to manage a hiring pipeline and conduct technical interviews.
• Conduct code reviews and aid engineers in releasing new features quickly and reliably.
