FedEx Dataworks is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for data pipelines and machine learning initiatives at scale. You will guide design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end solutions and mentor team members.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations to deliver impactful, production-ready capabilities and drive business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive data engineering and ML framework knowledge.
• Experience with large batch or online transaction systems.
• Strong understanding of the transportation industry and tech trends.
• Proven leadership in multi-function project teams.
