Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide hands-on technical leadership and deliver production-grade solutions on Azure using microservices and the .NET stack. You will guide architecture, drive delivery for healthcare systems, and champion secure, compliant engineering practices.

You will mentor a team of engineers, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with Product, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure quality and timely delivery while upholding HIPAA and PHI-safe standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OO software development with C#, .NET Core, and React.js.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience mentoring teams.
• Deep Azure experience with API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST, Cosmos DB.
• Experience designing and delivering microservices at scale.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical roadmap and lead architecture, development, and delivery.
• Design components, write high-quality code, and perform code reviews.
• Build cloud-native Azure solutions using microservices and the .NET stack.
• Drive AI-assisted coding adoption and secure code review standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Cloud, Security, and other teams to define integration strategies.
• Ensure HIPAA and PHI/PII-safe engineering and healthcare interoperability.
