Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience with C#, .NET Core, and React.js.
• 10+ years of OO software development and 4+ years leadership.
• Deep Azure experience including Cosmos DB and REST services.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical roadmap and end-to-end architecture.
• Design components, write high-quality code, review work.
• Build scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure with microservices.
• Drive AI-assisted coding and secure coding standards.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, and remove obstacles for the team.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare interoperability.
