Epiq Solutions is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead software, firmware, and hardware engineering teams developing government-focused SDR products and applications. The role drives strategy, leadership development, and cross-functional execution across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

15+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years leading engineering teams or organizations.
Experience leading organizational change, establishing operating rhythms and accountability.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop engineering managers and engineers across multiple disciplines.
Partner with product management to align roadmaps with execution.
Drive engineering strategy, standards, and cross-site collaboration to deliver on objectives.
Coach leaders, foster continuous improvement, and ensure quality and compliance.
