Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with failure analysis or technical consulting.
• Experience evaluating industrial or commercial equipment systems.
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
• Excellent technical writing and communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineering consultants conducting equipment failure investigations.
• Provide technical oversight and review engineering findings before final delivery to clients.
• Coordinate new assignments and define investigation scope with clients.
• Evaluate damaged machinery and industrial systems to determine failure causes.
• Support cost analysis for repair or replacement of equipment following incidents.
• Ensure reports are technically sound and clearly written for non-technical audiences.
• Travel to inspection sites when required to evaluate equipment and support investigations.
