You will document use cases, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve engineering workflows. 3+ years of hands-on tooling experience and strong written communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct, hands-on experience with engineering, developer tooling, and cloud infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate usability and impact of engineering and data tools (GitHub, Azure, Metabase, JIRA).
• Create documentation and feedback reports from real-world tool usage.
• Design and test workflows integrating AWS, Azure, Firebase and dev tools like Linear, Postman, n8n.
• Analyze data visualization, monitoring, and CI/CD tools (Tableau, Datadog, Sentry, BrowserStack).
• Develop use cases, technical guides, and process docs for new features and data workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivering actionable recommendations and technical insights.
