Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Unix experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem: Spark/Scala, Hive, HBase, HDFS, MapReduce, Oozie & AirFlow).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka, Python, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development, and testing.
• Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop and test reusable frameworks and Big Data components.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and propose solutions.
