Job summary

Celerity is seeking an Engineering Consultant I to support project teams from a remote, US-based position. You will review engineering drawings, validate data, and assist with calculations and reporting under supervision of senior engineers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, coordination, and timely delivery, with working across GIS, SAP and CAD tools. Eligible for remote work with hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Experience with QC on feature studies, plan & profile drawings or similar documents.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering documents, drawings, and specifications to identify key information for analysis.
• Verify data on electrical system structures and documentation supporting asset conditions.
• Perform data validation using client platforms such as GIS, SAP, and document repositories.
• Analyze job packages and project records to confirm alignment with system conditions.
• Assist with developing construction documents, reports, and project deliverables.
• Maintain project tracking logs and coordination tools with status updates.
