Job summary

OneOncology in Nashville/US is seeking an Engagement Manager, Real World Solutions to lead end-to-end RWE/RWD projects, translate client questions into study plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights.

You will act as the day-to-day client lead, support pre-sales activities, shape reports and data deliverables, and mentor junior staff while advancing OneOncology's real-world data capabilities in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE/RWD engagements from scope through delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data, analytics, clinical, and product.
• Support pre-sales, proposal development, and solution design.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Real World Solutions team.
