Job summary

OneOncology is seeking an Engagement Manager, Real World Solutions, to lead real-world evidence and data engagements from scoping to delivery. You will translate client questions into structured plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables for oncology programs.

You will guide client-ready reports, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to methodological improvements, reporting to the VP of Life Sciences Data Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field.
• 4–7 years of healthcare, pharma, or life sciences experience with client-facing projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional engagements from planning through delivery.
• Familiarity with real-world data sources and RWE/RWD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE/RWD engagements from discovery to final delivery.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and communicate project status.
• Translate client business questions into structured workplans and analyses.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Support pre-sales, scoping, and proposal development.
