Job summary

Cartesian is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to lead business engagements and drive end-to-end BPMN process architecture for a Tier 1 Telecommunications provider’s digital transformation.

You will oversee governance of architectural artifacts, mentor the process architecture team, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery in a remote-friendly consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of professional experience in technical architecture or enterprise analysis.
• Experience leading process architecture for large-scale transformations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with BPMN, ACDs, and system interface diagrams.
• Telecommunications/BSS‑OSS domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business and system process architecture across complex transformations.
• Synthesize artifacts into enterprise-level process flows and system diagrams.
• Analyze system artifacts and data exchanges across the enterprise.
• Facilitate workshops with client leadership and secure formal sign-off.
• Define BPMN standards and governance across programs and teams.
• Oversee ACDs, system interface diagrams, and end-to-end process models.
• Manage team, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
