Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Engagement Lead to oversee multi-channel production operations and end-to-end client engagements in the USA. You will bridge delivery with strategic advisory, lead cross-functional teams, and drive value across data and MarTech stacks.

The role emphasizes commercial stewardship, growth opportunities, and hands-on use of AI tools to improve delivery efficiency. Remote work from New York is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client delivery (technology services preferred)
• 2+ years in a client-facing role with relationship ownership
• Experience leading technology delivery teams
• Experience with customer data technologies (CDPs, data platforms)
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated data environments is a plus
• Background in financial management: revenue forecasting, margin tracking, resource optimization
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ED&D point of accountability for assigned client engagements: scope, delivery quality, commercial health, and strategic direction
• Build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels who own or influence technology and data investment decisions
• Drive a structured client communication cadence appropriate to engagement type
• Communicate and demonstrate the value of ED&D engagement and business impact
• Maintain working knowledge of data and activation platforms to lead capability and roadmap conversations
• Translate client problems into structured data/technology recommendations
• Lead discovery workshops, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
• Understand solution architecture to evaluate design trade-offs and own the narrative
• Read technical artifacts to align with client goals and scope
• Identify risks early and guide investment decisions
• Understand cost/performance drivers to guide scope
• Maintain contracts clarity: scope, SLAs, deliverables, financial terms
• Coach/empower teams to engage with clients while retaining ownership
• Drive consistent delivery standards across accounts
• Ensure privacy compliance and data security in engagements
• Support client audits and compliance reviews
• Partner with Account Team on growth trajectory and renewals
• Manage revenue forecasting and margins
• Seek efficiency through AI and continuous learning
