Qualificações

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar license required.
• At least four years of energy/utilities regulatory practice.
• Experience advising utilities, independent power producers, or energy regulators.
• Knowledge of rate design, market structure, regulatory compliance; FERC, state PUC, or ISO/RTO practice.
• Corporate law foundation, Vault 100 experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze regulatory questions and apply legal reasoning.
• Explain the reasoning behind conclusions and identify unsettled issues.
• Review other contributors’ work for legal accuracy and clarity.
• Document analysis, flag unclear scenarios, and deliver work at required quality.
