Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of substantive energy and utilities regulatory practice - hands-on.
• A corporate law foundation, ideally from a Vault 100 firm.

Responsibilities

• Contribute expert-level regulatory analysis on rate design, tariff structure, and compliance obligations.
• Explain the analysis behind conclusions using FERC, state PUC, and ISO/RTO practice.
• Identify unsettled, jurisdictionally contested, or facts-driven questions.
• Review and validate work from others for legal accuracy and clarity.
• Document reasoning clearly so analysis supports conclusions.
• Flag ambiguous scenarios to project coordinators.
• Deliver assigned work on schedule and to required quality.
