This remote position requires candidates to live within 30 minutes to 1 hour of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in field service, particularly in solar and energy storage systems. Responsibilities include ensuring service level agreements, managing field inventory, and leading service activities, with strong problem-solving and communication skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in field service.
• 1–2 years of experience in solar, inverter, ESS.
• Ability to work with test equipment and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SLA performance requirements are met.
• Manage field inventory levels for spare parts.
• Lead Field Service activities like maintenance and upgrades.
