Job summary

Energy Sciences is seeking an experienced energy professional to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide technical expertise across energy efficiency programs, assessments, and direct-to-customer services for commercial and industrial clients.

Responsibilities include identifying energy savings opportunities, performing analyses, developing projects, and delivering reports and presentations. Travel up to 25% and on-site collaboration with clients are expected.

Qualifications

Five years of energy assessments and commissioning experience.
CEM, CEA, CMVP, EBCP and PE certifications preferred.
Experience with utility energy programs, retrofit/commissioning, and ASHRAE energy audits.
Proficient with Excel and BMS for trending and verification.

Responsibilities

Identify and quantify energy efficiency opportunities.
Perform energy and economic analyses.
Review energy assessments, opportunities, and calculations.
Collaborate with customers and develop projects.
Prepare reports and deliver presentations.
Conduct site surveys and facilities assessments.
Collaborate with other technical team members to teach and learn energy engineering fundamentals.
Support customers with utility energy efficiency programs.
Travel up to 25%.
