Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Security Engineer for CorpSec to build and maintain controls protecting corporate infrastructure, devices, and networks. You will partner with IT and engineering to identify risks and ship tailored solutions that secure sensitive data without impacting productivity.

Responsibilities include hardening endpoints (macOS, Chromebooks, mobile), conducting security reviews, and integrating security across engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to write production code (services/integrations/automations) for security.
• Experience delivering security projects end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with device trust, zero-trust network access, endpoint security products (e.g., Cloudflare, Prisma Access, Zscaler).
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for enterprise endpoints (macOS, mobile, etc.).
• Perform security reviews on enterprise systems and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate security into broader initiatives.
• Identify and close data exfiltration paths from AI agents and tooling on endpoints.
• Provide technical guidance and code review support to engineers.
