Job summary

Allara is seeking board-certified Endocrinologists to provide comprehensive care to women across the United States through video visits. This fully remote position requires an active state license and offers 1099 contractor arrangements with competitive per-visit compensation and additional pay for charting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM Endocrinology board certification.
• Experience as an endocrinologist; women's health experience is a plus.
• Clinical independence with strong diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong telemedicine skills and virtual bedside manner.
• Familiar with EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Active US state medical license (unencumbered).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks with clarity and care.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.
