Allara is hiring board-certified Endocrinologists to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions. Location: Fully remote within the U.S. You will conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Role requires an MD or DO, ABIM Endocrinology certification, and an active U.S. state license.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Clinical independence and strong diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Telemedicine experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to uphold high standards of care.
• Complete required training and comply with clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventive care and evidence-based wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely charting.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and appropriate prescribing.
