Job summary

BranchOut Foods is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Lead to own the end-to-end operating system from our Peru factory to retail shelves. You will manage co-packers, logistics partners, production planning, and inventory across international lanes, with a focus on cost, reliability, and on-time delivery.

You will build and maintain demand and inventory models, monitor freight costs, and drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships and retailer compliance across mass-market channels.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in food/CPG, with international freight experience
• Hands-on with ocean freight, customs, port logistics, and domestic trucking
• Experience managing co-packers, 3PLs, and distribution partners
• Comfort with data: build trackers, variance reports, and dashboards
• Experience with retailer compliance programs for major mass-market retailers — knowledge of chargebacks

Responsibilities

• Own production & inventory planning: translate retailer POs and forecasts to Peru factory output
• Manage co-packer, packaging materials, and logistics partners for on-time delivery and cost accountability
• Own EDI/ASN execution for major club and mass retailers and ensure compliance
• Monitor and optimize vendor terms, rates, and lead times; drive cost reduction opportunities
• Produce weekly supply chain status reports and maintain shipment tracker
