Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks an experienced, end-to-end marketer to own select DTC accounts from strategy through creative execution. You will talk directly with clients, write briefs and scripts, and lead editors and designers to deliver high-converting creative and landing pages built with Claude Code and deployed via Vercel.

We value hands-on experience with substantial media spend, strong direct-response writing, and the ability to ship ideas quickly.

Qualifications

• Direct response writing and client-facing communication are essential.
• Ability to research, write, and build converting pages and assets.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude or equivalent) for rapid content production.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and creative lead.
• Develop briefs, scripts, and direct client updates; own the relationship.
• Research wording, angles, and competitor ads to inform creative and offers.
• Write briefs and direct editors/designers to deliver on-brand creative.
• Ship ad creative regularly and build/test landing pages in Claude Code and Vercel.
