Motion Recruitment is seeking EMS Systems Engineers/Analysts for remote, long-term support of the Energy Management System (EMS) and related applications. You will provide system administration, upgrades testing, and uptime optimization to ensure grid reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in Linux/Windows admin and experience with SCADA/ICCP and Oracle/SQL DB, with GE EMS Suite preferred. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and EMS vendors to test fixes and deploy changes.

Formación

• 5+ years of Linux/Windows system administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL DBs.
• Experience with SCADA/ICCP interfaces.
• GE EMS Suite experience preferred; other EMS vendors accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Provide EMS system admin and maintenance across upgrade cycles.
• Coordinate EMS integration, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Log defects and track through defect tool.
• Collaborate with business leads, PM, and technical leads.
• Work with EMS vendor and ERCOT GMS teams to test fixes.
• Support 24/7 responses to EMS issues.
