Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in public-sector consulting, healthcare financing, EMS/fire services, or reimbursement.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and delivering technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews EMS and fire services, Medicaid financing, and public-sector consulting operations.
• Evaluates client programs and makes recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Manages projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision.
• Leads proposal development and prepares final submissions.
• Develops written reports, analyses, and client-facing materials.
• Supports business development and opportunity tracking.
• Facilitates client meetings and workshops.
