The Consultant will lead and support projects with state agencies, local governments, and healthcare providers to develop data-driven, implementable solutions.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with opportunities in business development and proposal writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of professional experience in public-sector consulting or related fields.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and developing technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Reviews EMS, fire services, Medicaid financing, reimbursement programs, and public-sector consulting operations.
• Evaluates client programs and develops recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and financial sustainability.
• Manages projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision while meeting performance expectations.
• Leads proposal development and coordinates contributors for final submissions.
• Develops written reports, financial analyses, and client-facing materials.
