Qualifications

• Understanding of EMS, fire services, Medicaid financing, reimbursement programs, and public-sector consulting.
• Experience evaluating client programs and recommending improvements for operational and financial outcomes.
• Ability to analyze federal and state laws, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with large datasets.
• Excellent client service, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Reviews EMS, fire services, Medicaid financing and public-sector consulting operations.
• Evaluates client programs and provides recommendations to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
• Analyzes federal and state laws, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Leads client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Manages projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision.
• Develops written reports, financial analyses, and client materials.
• Supports business development and proposal efforts.
• Develops and reviews data analyses, financial models, and recommendations.
• Monitors policy developments and their impact on programs.
