Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist to support AI training projects focused on clinical systems and healthcare workflows. Remote, hourly contract, 10–40 hours/week. Experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms is required.

You will annotate, evaluate, and improve AI-generated healthcare content, delivering structured feedback to ensure accuracy and clinical relevance. You’ll work independently on a flexible schedule in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
• Ability to evaluate clinical content for accuracy and completeness.
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows.
• Review and assess AI outputs covering system configuration, clinical process design, and EHR best practices.
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated healthcare content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models produce more accurate and clinically sound outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
