Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs.
• Strong troubleshooting, system configuration, and clinical workflow analysis.
• Ability to translate clinical scenarios into clear feedback for AI models.
• Comfort with remote, asynchronous collaboration.
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR and interoperability standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and annotate AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare IT workflows.
• Identify errors, gaps, and inaccuracies in AI outputs for EHR platforms and hospital infrastructure.
• Translate complex clinical scenarios into structured feedback to improve models.
