Qualifications

• Six months plus Data Entry Experience.
• EMR experience and healthcare environment preferred.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate data as assigned by team lead.
• Remote processing of electronic medical records through EMR systems.
• Respond to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Meet metrics for charts per hour and attendance.
• Follow training and documentation to ensure compliance.
