Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support remote processing of electronic medical records. The role involves entering accurate data, handling high-volume tasks, and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities include processing EMR records, meeting CPH targets, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least six months of data entry experience, with strong computer skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months plus Data Entry Experience.
• EMR experience A+.
• Experience in a healthcare environment or release of information setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate data when assigned by team lead.
• Remote processing of electronic medical records through various EMR systems as directed.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision responding to changing priorities and role needs.
• Meet required metrics for your role - CPH (Charts Per Hour) & Attendance.
• Maintain high standards of Confidentiality to safeguard Patient's Rights and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Read all documentation and follow written instructions to ensure compliance and accurate job completion.
