• Comfortable attending occasional in-person depositions and mediations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and client meetings as needed (some may be conducted remotely).
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
