Qualifications

• About four to eight years of experience.
• BigLaw or similar background.
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent judgment and professionalism; cultural fit is critical.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in a variety of commercial litigation and employment litigation matters, including wage-and-hour and PAGA actions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
• Assist with case strategy, discovery, and client counseling
• Work closely with partners and other attorneys in a collaborative team environment
